The transparency and productivity of the conversation had me fully comfortable with my choice of agency. Within a short period of time I received the real estate of my needs/likes in my favor! Highly recommend!

Very happy with our experience with UrbanLand! They helped us make the right choices with a property we inherited in DC.  We weren't sure what to do and their guidance proved invaluable.  We were coached through avoiding kneejerk decisions with the home and ended up in a very favorable outcome.

We don't live in the area anymore - the best benefit we got in the process was having someone take care all the details in selling.  Highly recommend!

Very impressed with UrbanLand Company. Great experience from start to finish! Super responsive, highly knowledgeable team with an approach that kept me well within my comfort zone and smoothly navigated what could have been a daunting process. Five-star customer service all the way!!

Yesterday I attended the Thursday night workshop in the Kingman Park area. 5 things that I learned in the workshop I feel will assist me in purchasing my dream home were.....1. The down payment programs I weren’t aware of....2. Closing cost assistance....3. Knowing the difference between realtor, broker and lender and what roles those titles intel...4. Learned about debt to income ratio....5. Benefits of owning a home. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a home that you attend the  workshop. It is really helpful. Aslo, forgot to mention that Lynae Solomon was the presenter. She has really nice and welcoming personality. When I’m ready to purchase a home I be looking to use her services.
