I lived at the greens for 2 years, and they were by far the worst place I have ever rented from. Our apartment flooded 4 times over the span of two years due to a number of different reasons. Not only did they never replace our already low quality carpet, but are also charging us to replace the carpet now that we moved out. On top of that the maintenance men are rude and do not have any experience in fixing anything. We put in 3 different request to have our toilet fixed and everytime they came to fix it was still not functioning when they left. We finally just fixed it as best we could ourselves and we were having to flush our toilet with a rope. They will also knock obnoxiously until you answer and leave they’re trash on your porch or wherever they feel like I guess. On top of that we had a neighbor that we had to file 2 police reports on for harassment, and when we brought it to management to see about switching apartments they told us there was nothing we could do unless we wanted to pay to break our lease, and put in a new application to start the process all over again. Needless to say if you’re looking into this apartment complex do yourself a favor and move on to the next one.

Star is too much, not a military friendly complex/company overall. Broke my lease with deployment orders while giving them 60 days notice  and I came home a year later to a letter stating they continued to charge me for rent and sent it to collections. Currently disputing but do yourself a favor and stay away from this complex.

One star is too much. The Greens will jump you when you violate your lease but what happens when they violate yours? The Greens let a man into my apartment whose name was NOT on the lease because he could describe the inside of my room!! They admitted this broke policy and I’m just supposed to be okay with this?! No. I’ll be sure to spread this around as much as possible and warn people how awful this was.

😁👍🏌💯 Clean but they should enforce picking up after dogs its not a pleasant sight and having to step over it on the walkway otherwise nice
