So let me start by Saying The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the Bus stop was located in a Safe well light spot. The bus stop its self closed early. But the horrible experience I had was since our bus was late getting to Arcata I wasnt able to print out the tickets we. had paid for. I had to be in Sanfrancisco for a doctors appointment for my son. It was right after the slide by Legget. The guy who runs the office made some calls and took us by shuttle himself to meet the big bus in Redding. Awesome! He got me a coffee too.

I took the bus there, it was a bit late but everything else was ok, no issues. Staff was nice, I also received a few boxes there, they came intact, little late, but I got them with no issues.

My husband and son had a 4 hour and 45 min lay over in this ass backward little dump in the wee hours of the morning and the depot doesn't open until 8:00 AM so they had to stand outside in 40 degree weather and freeze. Way to go Grey Hound 😠
