The drivers do not care if your late the bus was suppose to leave at 540 didn't leave till 615 when it arrived at 540. Like get your time right people don't stand around like a bunch of noobs when people pay good money to be at a time they need to be there

I dropped my niece off last night to be taken back to Seattle. As the Greyhound bus arrived to pick her up, passengers got off the bus and there was a fight between a woman and a man who were getting off the bus. I want to commend both drivers of the bus(the one whose shift was over and the one who shift was starting) in how they handled the situation. They were both kind, respectful and diplomatic in swiftly handling the situation before it could escalate. The man bus driver whose shift was starting was very apologetic about situation and also very very professional and friendly to myself, my partner and my niece(who was about to get on the bus) and the other passengers waiting to get back on the bus. The exiting bus driver was also just as professional and kind. The woman who started the fight was not allowed back on the bus and she was handled with respect and compassion. It could have been an ugly situation but both drivers and the security guard working at the Greyhound station here in Redding were true examples of kindness, friendliness and compassion. I felt comfortable having my niece get onto the bus. I hope all Greyhound bus drivers are that professional and kind! Thank you, Cheri Davis

Best part--it's CHEAP. 3 times a day North. 3 times a day South. Bus can be smelly. Bring healthy food and a strong bladder.

I went to drop my some and one of his friends off at the greyhound bus station at 4:15 this morning, knowing that the bus was supposed to leave at 4:30 AM. The bus failed to arrive and after waiting a little over an hour I called the Greyhound bus lines to determine the issue creating the lateness. They had no idea why the bus was late and had no ETA for the bus. The finally did arrive at 9:30 in the morning, for those of you counting, that is five hours without an explanation. The bus did in fact have a breakdown. Had that information been available we could have gone home and returned instead of waiting at the greyhound space in on of the more disgusting parts of Redding, CA I then asked if the next bus would be on time, the one scheduled for 9:55 and he asked me why I would suppose it wouldn't be. My look as I turned around and walked back to my car giggling had to be one of simple amazement. I think we should be able to send an invoice to companies that act without respect or regard for our time. If you are going to be late, let those who are waiting know. That is a common courtesy lesson we learn at a very early age and one that should be part of how we are treated as customers.

To bad the quality label does not go any lower. If you're trying to reach this terminal good luck.. They don't answer the phone.and only have a bad recording telling you the hours that they don't answer but should.. In my opinion a new staff not just one person but the whole staff at this terminal should be replaced with employees that will do the job they are hired to do...
