The bus was four hours late.  They didn't come outside and tell people waiting for the bus.  The bus was late because it broke down the day before.  They had plenty of time to call another bus to pickup the schedule of ours that was late, but they didn't.  Poor business management.  Also, the print at home tickets can't be used on your phone, they want to keep the paper.  While this is their policy, it's a very poor way to treat your customers in the digital age.  Upgrade your software systems so you can print online tickets or start accepting digital tickets.

There is NO real bus terminal in Oroville at this time. No place around here. We need one at the old building with all the flag poles on the roof by Staples on Feather River Blvd. Right off the Freeway. It's the Perfect location.

Terrible customer service.  Drivers are uniformly rude, cynical and aggressive, even when approached with a polite and reasonable question.  If you like being treated like scum on someone's boot, take a greyhound bus.  I won't pay to be treated this way again.   It's going to be Amtrak for me from here on out.
