Easy to book a ticket to whatever location you need to get to in the heart of down town l.a not the best area, in the middle of skid row. There are a lot of homeless people who hang around the area and who ask for change cigarettes food etc. But they offer a tight nit security and don't allow none of the chaos inside of the building. They have a food court that's open all day and night. Clean bathrooms. And very helpful staff.

I was like a fish out of the water didn't know where to go. Staff for this Grey Hound station were very helpful. The building could use some renovation cause it could be a beautiful building it has ton of detail . The security guard was very helpful too ,thanks to her i was able to keep my phone alive the whole ride home

The bus station is ok. The service is ok too. But i ask the lady to call a taxibto go to airport that is only 10 miles away and the taxi driver charge me 45 dollars so i felt riped off. The lady could have called to a normal taxi no? 45 dollars for a 10 min drive is too much! Also the coffee machine was not working properly. when u put the money in...the plastic glass was not coming so you see the coffee coming down but no cup. So you loose the dollar.

I think of all the Greyhound/Amtrak bus and train stations I've been to this is by far the dirtiest, most congested and chaotic. The staff are rude and not at all helpful. As a male adult I maneuvered just fine but I wouldn't recomend getting off your bus here unless absolutely necessary if your a woman or having your kids/teens by themselves having to stop or transfer bus's here especially at night. Even with armed security everywhere you kind of get the sense that this isnt the safest place in the world. Unhappy with my stop here and next time will make sure I don't have to stop in Oakland!

Noisey with hard metal chairs in a séedy part of town. They have a charging station for electronics, but you can't sit next to your device while its charging. Its right under the TV so you can't hear if you need to call.
