Terrible customer service. Robot service to be exact, if they're even at the desk. Can't even find a number to make a complaint because no one answers the phones. Robots basically taking your money.

Small Greyhound in comparison to the area and population of Miami FL. But, this may be due to the location. Which is entwined with the airport. Which is intended for international flights; might want to fact check. There are a few options for items in the area; such as, a nice Cuban restaurant and gas station. That is only a five minute walk. This Greyhound is open 24 hours. Alternate transportation, such as, taxi and Uber are also available around the clock. Lastly, there is a metro-transit that doubles as an Amtrak. On the upper level. This is closest to the airport, and signs are open and clear.

A1 customer service experience over the phone. There's an automated message in the beginning informing  you of all the need to know stuff about Greyhound and expectations. Their is an expert agent awaiting your call.  Stark contrast to Orlando Greyhound.

A bit hard to find I guess since even my local friend got some difficult time to come here (she were driving passed n turned her all the way to the airport😅) but the stuffs here are cool, they are willing to let you the land phone for no problem.
