The bus drivers for Miami Dade transit are anti-cyclist. I own a foldable bike that folds down to fit into a suitcase, and I was trying to catch the 119 south to the Aventura mall. When I flagged the bus there were two bike spots available in the front of the bus. When I place my bike on the rack and got on the bus. The bus driver refused to let me on the bus. She said the bike rack leaned to low, so then I asked her if I could fold the bike down and ride on the bus. She told me no again. Miami Dade transit either needs to make sure their bike racks function properly or let their bus drivers let foldable bikes on the bus like every other major city does.

They are very helpful but usually only have one window open. they always have more than one staff member.

Bought a monthly train pass for $114.50, got my metro card, got a receipt. Went to go scan my train pass, and it didn't work. My train left without me and I had to take an uber home, with my $114.50 piece of plastic. What a waste of money. And there are no employees around to help, and the phone lines aren't open outside of business hours. 

Other than that, aside from being sexually harassed by the men lurking around the train stations, the trains have all been on time with only minor delays. The trains come pretty often during rush hour which is very convenient.
