**Fantastic bus tour/service through Miami.
Great guides. Personable. Knowledgeable. Very entertaining. Would recommend using the service to see South Beach, Little Havana and the city. It beats sitting in traffic.
If you get bored, jump off and do a little exploring. Additionally the boat tour was a pleasant break on the water around the Miami area.

Awful. No guided tour. The head sets don’t work. If your head set does work it’s just a prerecorded tour. They don’t stop at the stops you have to get up to tell the driver stop. Then once you do get off we waited over an hour for the next bus. Then on top of it all our bus got into an accident. If I could give zero stars I would.

I only give 3 stars because the tour guide was nice.  We paid a ridiculous amount of money on our cruise sice we had a really late flight.  The buses were hot, it was confusing, headsets didn’t work, and we ended up taking a cab to the last stop!  We got out in downtown Miami.  If you know nothing about Miami and you have kids, DO NOT GET OFF AT THIS STOP!!!  We were told there was a mall, and a Macy’s.  It looked like something from a horror movie, all deserted with trash everywhere and smelled of urine so bad I literally could not stop gagging!!!  Thank God we found a cab and got the hell out of there!  This was definitely not the tour’s fault, just a warning for future passengers!  The staff was all very friendly and helpful, but the buses and equipment are not worth the price!

Knowledgeable guides, but on the last bus of the day there was no guide, we stopped at every single hotel which made the journey ridiculously long - why not stop at predefined stops - some people may have to walk 100m but it wouldn't make the journey last an hour. Audio system was useless - kept cutting out as the guide tried to talk and cutting back to the background elevator music. Overall I suppose a decent way of getting a feel for the city, but it could be done much better.

NO AIR CONDITIONING OR OPEN DOORS in Miami Heat! Bus very bumpy, could! not hear audio guide, and what i did hear was pretty obvious. Bus drivers are good,  but buses leave a LOT to be desired. Make sure AC WORKS BEFORE PAYING $45 for 2-day pass; more depending on where you buy tix. Good way to navigate a new city, but equipment BAD!
