Well first off when I was catching my bus on July 14th the bus was 2 HOURS late thus making me arrive to New York late and made me have a late check in at the hotel I was staying at and paying a full days charge even though I check in a day later. And then on out departure trip home the bus AC stopped working with temperatures in the 90°s it was unbearably hot on the bus and then the bus batter died so we were left stranded and left on the side of the road and then when another bus did arrive it was full of people so of course there were no seats!! We were standing along with other passengers from my bus and the driver was yelling at us to sit when it was no seats left and then said to squish into the back! I was travelling with a child so to have the child expose to such horrible conditions with the heat and standing it was the most ridiculous situation I've ever experienced! It was my first bus trip and after everything it will be my last!

it's a little dirty. 
but overall everything is fine. 
it has a big space where you can wait for your bus.

Horrible service! Always late and staff does not care. Never fails that greyhound disappoints! I'll gladly walk 400 miles than to ever pay for this service again.

Omg the worst. I feel like crying. Going to miss my cousin funeral because nobone was there for me to get my ticket that i purchased online. Cant get a hold of anyone and i cant find the 800 number
