I’ve been riding HRT for about a year, and it’s become obvious to me, that they’re using this public transportation system to further segregate and gentrify certain parts of Hampton Roads. 

Getting anywhere from Oceanview is a hassle. The bus comes through only once per hour, and the East Bound route stops exactly where shore drive begins unless you’re traveling during the middle of the day. 

rather than having a route that travels all the way up and down Oceanview and Shore Drive, theres a good 3 to 4 mile stretch, where no busses run, that separates the people who live in Oceanview from Virginia Beach.

I know some bus drivers are nice, most of them are rude, dusty old buses, some these old buses smell awful and y'all have most worst customer service I ever deal with lately. I was trying get on the 8:45 AM 112 to work all of a sudden the driver was honking his horn that driver just took off so I have to get on the 104 to work. YALL HAVE GOOD AND BAD DRIVERS 👎🏾

Armed security? As if we care enough. We just want to get from one destination to the other. 
If anything, we should have the right to inspect all that you do. 

You hire horrible drivers that I couldn't trust on a scooter. Dogs can driver better the most of yours LITERALLY!! They are training them in other countries. 
You don't inspect the buses and if you do, the you have can bribe your way out of anything.

The buses break down more and more and with all the good you promised, I'd sooner league up with Trump's ideas then yours any day.

You have the worst customer service that makes any Walmart look good.

And you charge so much and do so little. 

Your not a transportation company. You are a organized criminal company. And should be treated as such. 

And yet you treat the very same customers as the bad ones. 

Sad part is we have to put up with you because you have such a grasp on us. Screw you and all that you are. Anti-Americans. All of you.
