The staff at the Petersburg station are great but I wouldn't try to catch a bus there. the greyhound buses will pass you by they won't stop if they don't have anyone getting off in that town. I know this because my friend and I were stuck waiting for a bus for 8 hours there only to go to Richmond which is 30 mins away. We were told by the nice lady that worked there that the buses kept going by us...and I checked the greyhound tracker and she was right. She had us board a city bus to Richmond free of charge or we would still be there...Will never pick up a bus there again

Bad customer service. They lost my luggage and still waiting for an answer about it.

It's a bus station for the City of Petersburg, Area Transit. Very clean and modern. The staff was courteous and friendly. I caught the Greyhound from there to New York City. No Hassles !

The buses are delayed alot, but they will get you to your destination.

Petersburg bus terminal is piss poor service. Bus is always late. Catch it in Richmond, VA
