If 0 stars was a review option, I'd put it. The fare prices are high. $4.50 and $7.50(Max) day passes are almost a week's worth of gas money for cars. Seems like they increase the fare every year and have no 24 hour service. Hampton Roads Transit is a ripoff. Oh and got the worst customer service this side of creation. They'll see you at the bus stop and still pull off like you weren't there. The drivers at the transit center don't always pull the buses off on schedule as if no one else has to get to were they need to go. Hrt is wack.

If I could, I'd give them NEGATIVE 10,000 STARS!!!!!  HRT HAS to be THE WORST transportation company in the country!!!!  The high for today reads 91 degrees-I'll let your imagination give you an idea of what it actually FELT like-and good 'ol incompetent HRT has a bus (#5014) out there on the 118 route with NO AIR and only TWO, YES TWO, windows that we were able to open!!!  You call "customer service" and get a COMPLETE run-around, or completely IGNORED!  And this isn't the first time HRT has done this, nor will it be the last!!!!!  Every time I begin to think they are ATTEMPTING to do better, they make a liar out of me by doing things like this! The driver got up to help a wheelchair on the bus and her pants were STICKING TO HER LEGS!!! This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!! They are putting the drivers' lives at risk, not to mention, the PAYING PASSENGERS for whom HRT CLEARLY couldn't care ANY LESS about!!!!!  I'm TIRED of this, I NEED to see RESULTS and SOON!!!! My next stop is to Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization, as well as the councilmen and women of Hampton!  These fools need some competition out here!  MTA needa to come and train these morons on the proper way to run a transportation company!
