greyhound offers a ticket for 30% off, great. Go to buy ticket, won't let me. Call customer service and they tell me it's through jefferson lines and they won't apply the code. This whole company is bull. It takes a billion years to get anywhere and the busses stink.

The new building is beautiful, kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bathrooms are a bit difficult to navigate in a wheelchair with barely enough room to turn around. It is fully accessible and located in the heart of a growing downtown.

They obviously have no panhandling, harassing or haranguing rules here. Get hit up for money and everything else on your person because you're a White man without a tattoo on your neck......TAKING THE BUS.....but you're "White" and over 30 years old so you MUST be "rich", right? This always baffled me with these people in other Democratic run holes across the country. Why not step across the street and hit up the drunks coming out of the bar at high noon after they had a $13 locally sourced gluten-free organic "artisanal" ham sammich? They're the ones with CASH. Scurred of them? Yes, this place is real "rich". It's newer and there was no pee smell nor poop smeared on the walls but essentially it's just lipstick on a pig..... with the clerks sitting behind what is most likely bullet proof glass. Bring pepper spray. Sabre RED gel with a 12 foot range is available at the Meijer down the way for $9.00.

If is this the one from muskegon michigan the service is the worse. I got there at 5:30 am expecting getting to travel at 6:05, but a big but. The lady whom sells the tickets got there at 6:40am The bus driver got there and told us to complain about it because people whom had already bought the tickets could travel because the lady wasnt there to print them out. And guess what there is nor a line to complain about it. There is a line to costumer service but its worthless because they ignored the people who was calling and nothing could get fixed . So i had to wait 10hrs to take the next bus at 3:10pm and the lady when got there late had a bad attitude as the bus driver who took us they way to Chicago Meaning this company is not worth your money.
