Just got off the bus at my last stop this was the only station that wouldn't let me use the bathroom until I showed me receipt I just got off you just saw me.

The Customer service rep (instead of using her name ill call her "C") was horrible. She over charged my 16 yr old daughter as an adult ticket price(my daughter works very hard for her money and was gonna be traveling with an adult on greyhound).When I addressed "C"she would not exchange ticket or give full refund. I contacted Customer service (as I sat in the lobby)and they confirmed that "C"overcharged. It became a point when it wasnt about the money it was about whats right and whats wrong. I feel that "Cs" pride was too high to just apologize and do what was right...It was the worst experience and Im pretty sure we are not the only ones she has done this to. I went higher and contacted higher personnel by phone(as I sat in lobby) and they also told her she over charged. Just because she was working alone and no higher authority was there to insure she issued out great customer service "C" neglected us and refused to put her customers first on July 3rd 2017 at the Benton Harbor Michigan Station. "C" took advantage of my 16 yr old daughter and myself. "C" then told me she would look up the clause online (which would show her 2-16 yr olds are minor prices)after I left..... After 2hrs of her neglect I finally left and then tried to explain to my daughter that in life some peoples morals cannot be explained. I will do what it takes to show my daughter this is unacceptable..

A very busy an sometimes crowded bus station. Wingstop in the station makes it alil better though.

Buses are always on time and I get to my destination no problem, no complaints!
