The desk personnel are super, and the station manager (the cat--really sweet) keeps everything running smoothly. (no really! He does!) The drivers and desk personnel are all very professional and courteous and helpful, and the bathrooms are kept clean. It is a pleasure to ride into Lexington on these smooth-riding buses.

I mean its a small greyhound station. They do have a kitty living there and he is cool though.

It's a nice facility and I agree with the reviewer that posted a need for bench or waiting area if you are dropped off after hours. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Some Busses have gotten better depends on which one comes whether it has wifi or not and where it's going, however this bus station needs a lot of work as its small and closes during certain hours during the day.Probably in the more bad area of Lexington next to strip clubs and pawn stores and car lots
