I had to leave from wisconsin to kentucky for my grandma's funeral which they made me late for because the bus broke down for 5 hours and they took forever to get a new bus out there in Gary Indiana the drivers were really rude and disrespectful they just threw your bags on the ground not caring. On top of that they made miss the last bus and had to wait till the next day which made me late for my grandma's funeral they also told me when I was on the phone that I would get back to Wisconsin free if I showed em the obituary card I did well then when I was ready to go back they said they didn't do that why tell someone one thing and then change it. I should of got my money back. I will never take their goddamn bus again and I pray that they get shut down all they want and care about is taking everyone's money they even said they'd give me a refund but never did. I will never ever use it again I hope greyhound gets so many complaints they all lose their damn jobs. Waste of 302 dollars and time.

Nice and clean but busy

Unreliable service. Closed and worker didn't show up to open the station. Always print tickets online for this departure location.
