Bus was clean & comfortable and buying online made the whole process super easy. We were delayed a little (25 minutes?) with traffic and then slower driving due to snow, so give yourself some extra time if at all possible. A nice, cheap way to get from one place to the next.

Perfect service every single time and I travelled accross B-C exclusively with Greyhound. Highly recommended since it's dirt cheap.

This place has become run down, with broken lockers and pathetic service, with attendants who don't even bother calling out when a bus leaves.  This just recently caused a huge personal mess, having to drive my roommate to Kamloops,  and him having to spend 100 extra dollars on a ticket.  I can only imagine how many other people this has happened to, and I hope Greyhound management decides to put some TLC into this station.

My 13 year old took the bus from Penticton to Kelowna and they didn't inform either side (dropping off or picking up), that the bus was delayed an hour. We paid extra money for him to go as an unaccompanied minor and I think we should have been informed. On the up side, the driver was awesome!
