One of the buses were on time. Driver skipped stops and stopped where nothing was open. It was a miserable experience. Seating is crowded, carry on luggage wouldnt fit in overhead, had to sit with luggage under my legs and feet on top of it-very uncomfortable. The bus was cold. I will never travel by business again.

The company is a rip off plain and simple. I was charged three times the amount per person per ticket than other travelers on the bus even though I prepurchased my tickets directly from Greyhound three weeks prior to my trip opposed to the gentleman seated next to me who purchased the same ticket four days before we left. Mine $145/ seat, his $69.The employees are rude and complacent and the equipment is dirty and falling apart. Anyone planning to travel should avoid Greyhound at all cost. Unless you like being treated like crap and wasting money.

I am very unsatisfied with the service provided by greyhound. On August 2, I intended to take the bus to Kansas City from Hays in order to catch the plane. The terrible news was they showed up two hours later and I was told the bus was full and I could not board the bus. I ended up taking a taxi to Kansas City because there was no flight later that day. On my return trip from Kansas City to Hays, it did not get any better. The bus came three hours late and the driver was so slow. I meant to arrive in Hays at 6 pm and I ended up arriving at 11 pm. I will never ever use their service again. It was really two nightmares.
