Me and my husband was looking for a new car. We spent lots of time over the internet to search for a right one with the best price. Finally, we found a best price within 500 mile radius from Grieco Toyota at East Providence, RI. We called them first before we head out but the sales person who was on the phone was very rude with an attitude and gave us different amount of price that does not match with the advertised price on web site. It was very disappointing and frustrating and I was very upset for this kind of experience.. 
Then I decided to email the sales department and a sales person NORMA HIE replied me promptly with a detail correct price, she is very responsive and straightforward, and it was clear that her client's interests and needs are her priority. She called us promptly and set an appointment for next day and emailed us the official invoice with the exact price amount because she find us as a serious buyer.
 Next day we have visited the dealership from out of state and met her. She is the best sales person in our point of view with lots of knowledge and easy to work with and a very polite lady. We end up buying a higher model at the end but she never put any pressure on us rather she was courteous with lots of patience. She really help us to find the best options that was beyond my expectations!!
Overall the Grieco Toyota dealership is great with the best price in entire Northeast area.
I would recommend all my friends and family to go this particular dealership. Definitely would buy another car from Grieco; they're awesome!!!

I always shop multiple dealers when purchasing a vehicle.  Hands down Grieco was the best to work with.  No Price games, No bait and switch, and they had more than one of what I wanted on the lot so we didn't have to play the "I have to acquire the vehicle" game.  I got what I wanted at a great price.  Can't ask for more.

The Sales Rep I worked with, Saul Nieves, helped make buying a car easy.  He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and went out of his way to make things fast and easy.  Best rep I have ever spoken with.

Overall a great dealership to work with. Sales department is fair and not pushy. I dealt with Saul for a salesperson this time around, and he was more than helpful and great to work with. I have been servicing my vehicle there, as well as my parents and sisters, for for about a year and a half. Service department is able to make appointments quickly if needed. I have not had a problem scheduling service next day or in some cases same day. I have found service to be competent and honest, and priced middle of the road.

Toyota is a one of the most reliable car brands.  These cars run forever.  The interior of these cars often resemble a Lexus.  It is not a mistake the cars look so good. Lexus is ofcourse the luxury brand owned by Toyota. I would recommend a Toyota to anyone who loves a good value.  This company can save you money.

Absolutely fabulous experience!!  Norma Hie was a knowledgeable, accommodating and a super fun sales consultant!  Both the GM and Assistant GM (Ray) were down to earth and engaging. Chris in finance made the final steps totally easy and helped answer all of my questions. Greico Toyota gets an A+!!!!
