Colby was very polite and did her job well. This was my first ever car buying experience so she was very helpful in explaining the little things to me. She was patient and really helped provide me with the best options that were available to me. Thanks to her, I now have a brand new 2018 civic instead of a used one. Couldn't be happier!

I came here to have my airbag replaced due to a recall. They quoted me 1 hour and then took 3 hours to replace it. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got into my car, I found that they broke my armrest. I came back another day to have that fixed. You might think that after the huge inconvenience they caused me they might fix it quickly. However they took over 2 hours. I could have done it faster myself. I wasted my entire day here. This place is completely ridiculous. Through out this entire process, not one person offered me an apology for damaging my vehicle. I am going to make sure I never come back to this place ever again and I don't recommend anyone come here unless they enjoy waiting for things ten times longer than they need to.

I recently purchased a Honda HR-V from Colby at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and I could not be happier with my purchase or the experience that I had working with Colby. She was professional, informative and upbeat. My husband and I were helped by her immediately and the whole process took about two hours. She was fantastic through the entire process and I would highly recommend her to family and friends and would work with her again in a heartbeat. She made the car buying process enjoyable! Thank you, Colby!!

Our salesman, John Mitchell, was excellent during the purchase of two vehicles. We felt very comfortable with him and he treated us great (which is a big deal to me as I can be easily anxious or overwhelmed if I feel someone is taking advantage of me, but no worries here)! He made sure we interacted with the vehicles we were interested in, gave us multiple options that fit within our budget and interests, and kept us updated throughout the process. Would highly recommend both Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and salesman John Mitchell.

I went in with a friend to Herb Chambers of Seekonk over a month ago and would just like to say that even though my friend did not find a suitable automobile for herself on this particular night, Sonia DaSilva (no relation) found the time to call different insurance carriers to have an idea of the cost for the coverage. She went out of her way in a very friendly and professional manner. This showed a most inviting character trait.
