I was there for service on an airbag recall. Andy Anderson in the service department was excellent--very professional and a nice guy too. He also told me about a preliminary recall on a different part that Mazda hadn't notified me about yet, and offered to run a diagnostic on it while they were dealing with the airbag issue. This saved me a separate trip back to the dealership. He also personally helped me to resolve an issue with my electronic key that I had forgotten to mention when scheduling the work, and he didn't even charge me even though he could have. I definitely appreciate him saving me a few bucks, but it's more than that too, since it also feels good when someone goes out of their way to be thoughtful and helpful even when doing less would have been perfectly acceptable. So, thanks Andy. ...Hope to see you at the next recall.

Stephen Manchester was an absolute pleasure to do business with- He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable- I am thrilled to be buying a car at Tasca. This is the third car my family has purchased from Tasca. He went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle that I wanted. He was in touch with me when he said he would be, and never acted as if I was a bother. He is an asset to your dealership and I would love to recommend him to my friends.

i bought a truck from here and I put up a good review but I must change it. My sales person was an amazing person who really cares for his customers BUT after I had purchased the vehicle I had it checked out by my personal mechanic to find it had problems that would not allow the truck to pass an inspection. I had brought the truck in for service to have the problems fixed. They were willing to fix the problems but not providing me all the information I would have liked to know about my truck. The men in the service department were very rude and did not seem friendly what so ever. I did not feel comfortable having them fix my truck. On top of all that they did not care for the fact that it took them about 10 days to get me my registration due to the bank and I could pay the consequences for driving with no registration. When I called to check on my registration after waiting 8 days and I got an excuse every time. I really do not feel they are a company to do business with.

I just had my car serviced at the dealer's. George was super helpful. It was a busy day for them so I dropped off my car in the morning. They gave me a ride to work. When my car was dealt with, I received a call saying that the car is ready for pick-up. I had complaints about the tire pressure monitor being faulty and the fan making a weird noise when running at low speed. Both of these were taken care of, and George made sure that the repairs were covered by the 30-day warranty that I should receive from Tasca. The way everything was dealt with was very timely and professional.

Went in December to purchase an $18k car I don't have the best credit but was qualified, at the last minute I chose not to buy that particular vehicle.. 2 months later I decided to purchase something more practical so went back chose a vehicle for the same amount of money and all of a sudden they wouldn't finance me... "You will be satisfied" is bs! So went to Courtesy Mitsubishi and purchased a car and guess what they satisfied me. My credit is getting better and better and I will never go back to Tasca.
