I went to Prestige because I read a lot of good reviews but am disappointed I had a bad experience. I went in to test drive a car I saw online. The car drove fine but it felt too small and wanted info on other options. The Salesman kept insisting I try and see if I qualified for a loan based on that specific car. He was pretty pushy so I said okay and he said I had to put a down payment of $500. After about an hour he told me that I did not qualify based on my credit history and needed to try again with a car that was more expensive. That seem backwards to me but he was very confident I would be approved. He then showed me two other cars, one I only got to sit inside (not drive) and the other he only brought me up to the car and had me peer in through the window. Both cars were Nissan which I wasn't interest in but the Salesman was very pushy and insisted I needed to keep trying until I got approved. I went home feeling very uneasy. In the morning I called to get an update and he told me I was denied for both cars but if I brought $2000 more I could get the first car I saw and dismissed the fact I had told him the day before I had ZERO interest in that car. I no longer felt comfortable purchasing from them and asked for a refund. I had paid with my card and received my refund in 5 days.... Being a young female I felt very discouraged about buying a car on my own. But two weeks later I went to a different dealer and was told my credit was okay. I was able to get a really good monthly payment and drove off in a car that same day.... So I suggest approaching this place with caution.

Sal was phenomenally helpful and considerate throughout the entire process. I came in with a few requirements and he listened to everything and then worked with me (absolutely non-pushy) to find the vehicle that fit my needs best. He worked with the finance team to get me a low rate and walked me through all of my options. Drove home in my new car feeling completely satisfied and excited, knowing that I wasn’t duped or taken advantage of. Will definitely be a return customer.

Wow I bought a Loaded 2015 Chevy Malibu from here on Friday 2 days before Christmas at the East Providence store. Not only was the staff Great By making buying a car an easy & relaxing experience and Stress Free only approx. 10 or less Deal papers to sign on a sale . I will only come here from now on. And thanks to Victor a great salesman and to the Owner Manny for making this dealership a pleasure to work with.

I was full of anxiety needing a new car within a week to start my new job. One trip to Prestige was all it took. Matt went above and beyond to get me into a 2015 car within a day of meeting with him. He made it quick and painless to get a car, especially into a much newer car which I didn't think would be possible with my not so great credit. If anyone goes to Prestige, make sure to see the miracle worker Matt Strong. Thanks again Matt!
