Great service. They even took care of an outstanding recall on the vehicle that we hadn't scheduled. They shuttled us to a nearby restaurant while we waited and promptly picked us up after. Mario in parts was awesome!!

I have bought many cars from Griffin's hub, Phil Maldonado is my salesperson the guys fantastic and fun to deal with. As far as the service department There's issues with the service writers now seems like the ones fun to deal with have left the place don't know what that's all about but hope it gets better real soon. Nick in the parts department is also fantastic to deal with the man really knows what's going on when it comes for parts on my Dodges.

My sales Rep was very fun & energetic making the whole deal entertaining & enjoyable while we patiently waited for the outcome. He worked very diligent until we got the results  hoping for and that was accomplished. Now waiting to do my part to seal the deal and I'm claiming it in Jesus name. Thanks Ali for your allowing me to give you a hard time to some degree & for your hard work that you made happen at ease. I O U ☝ 😃🎉🎉

Very nice people, but my issue was not solved. They allowed me to come in for a recall engine part, only to say come back, we'll call you. They basically checked to see if I needed it, and that made no sense. I had a second issue with my uconnect, and that was not resolved. So I basically wasted 3 hours of my day. I'll leave a better post when they deserve it.

Not very happy with the service here.  I got a recall on my truck, called and set up an appointment for first thing in the morning.  I told Cyndi I needed a ride home...after 2 hours, I finally went back in the service area to find out where my ride was...not the shuttle driver's fault,  no one told him I was waiting.  Then after being without my car all day, I get a call that the part that they replaced was bad and they had to order a new one.  Next day I brought it back in by appointment and the shuttle driver was waiting for me because I told,him,the previous day that I'd be back.  But then when I was sent out to get my car it was no where to be found...and it's pouring rain.  I went back in and they sent someone out to get it....he brings it to the other side of the building, parked it and made me go out and find it again in the rain.  Not very good communication and not very attentive.
