(UPDATE NOV.16TH 2017 17:15) TODAY I SPOKE WITH THE SHOP MANAGER JOE AND AN EXPERIENCED SHOP TECH. BOTH OF THOSE FELLAS REASSURED ME THAT THE "DRAGGING OUT OF REPAIRS" ISSUE WOULD NOT TAKE PLACE AGAIN. I HONESTLY FELT AS IF MY BUSINESS (BE IT ALL, PEANUTS ) IS IMPORTANT TO THEM. THIS TRUCK IS MY ONLY FORM OF INCOME. AND AFTER MONTHS OF PHYSICAL THERAPY AND NOT WORKING. STRESSING ABOUT AN ISSUE BROUGHT ON IMMEDIATELY AFTER A SMALL REPAIR LIKE THE STARTER/ALTERNATOR. IS NOT WHAT WILL BE THE NORM FOR ME FROM NOW ON. THAT BEING SAID, TRUCK COUNTRY HAS A LOT OF GOOD PEOPLE WITH GOOD BUSINESS MORALS. IN THE PAST THEY HAVE HELPED ME OUT OF TIGHT SITUATIONS. THEY DESERVE TO PROVE MY WAY OF FEELING ABOUT THIS LOSS OF POWER ISSUE, WITH A MORE POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE OUTCOME. TO BE CONTINUED.......

Bear with me while I explain the whole situation,i have been driving trucks for a long time now,, so I'm familiar with truck country. Never had a problem with them until last week 1-2-2018, I dropped my truck off on 12-29 early pm because my heater wasn't blowing warm air. On the 1st I was told my truck is ready so I got a ride to my truck at truck country in oak Creek wi I drove the truck 10 miles or so and noticed no heat. keep in mind I'm driving a 2018 Cascadia 55k on the odometer and it's below zero air temp, went back to truck country to find that there's gonna be long wait no biggie went back to my truck and waited a few hours and they drove my truck around back, half hour later the tech came to get me to tell me the heater is working fine for me I disagreed with him Cuz I should know, I asked him to test drive it and see for your self he scheduled a test drive now this is no exaggeration he was gone 1 hour and 20 minutes the service writer explained to me that he went to Sturtevant. Still trying to figure why it took so long, I left and still no heat went back again the had to reset the system that's what it took worked great, that night I went to take my meds no meds there gone I kept them in my bag in the truck pretty upset that the test driver stole my meds a doctor's prescribe anxiety med [ non addictive] there was around 200 or 300 hundred of them they apparently thought they were something else. I couldn't get any meds till I see my doctor a week later, I'm tying this so fellow drivers are aware of theft could happen to them while there truck is down. I'm definitely not gonna let this go. I would like to add that 3 days after this incident the general manager called me and tried to make it straight.. he said no one that was near my truck said they stole my meds that’s an obvious answer I’m thinking the reason my truck was gone for so long it’s because they needed to pick up drivers from sturtevant wi but denied it.. it’s really disturbing to think that a dealership/ service center can’t be trusted.. but it’s partially my fault for not keeping my personals in a lock box in my truck,, that’ll be my next purchase.
