Really rude and had me waiting for more then 5 hours for a part that I ordered and paid for beforehand.  BUT the owner personally called and explained the issues that made me feel better about this company.   Would I recommend them......YES especially when the owner would take time out of his day to address your concern.

Terrible customer service over the phone & in person. They don't care who you are or what you need & make you pay before you even see the part.  In the fine print   of the receipt it says that there is no cash  refund so if they bring you the wrong part or all of a sudden tell you they don't have it but you already paid for it you're stuck with it or you have to wait till they can find one for you which can take months. Ace auto salvage is one of many places that will help you properly & you wouldn't regret giving your money to. Run away from ROZ 👍💯

Extremely rude service by the majority of the employees and they over price many of the parts. I was not pleased and I will never return there. They also need to learn there colors because I was looking for a blue door and they showed me a light/green - Turquoise door.

Honestly,  I've been coming to this place with my family for years, but the condescending attitude I just received was unreal. Not only was one of the regular workers rude, but the Owner literally wanted to act as if me, the CUSTOMER is wrong. The point I was trying to make, is that the guy helping us initially had a very condescending attitude. Hey, maybe he was having a off day, but I've worked in customer service for 10 years and I would NEVER ever treat my clients that way and on top of that IF I DID, My Boss or OWNER would then step in and apologize and not act as if what I am saying is completely unfounded, hell wait until I walk out the door and call me a crazy broad....but seriously, to your customers faces you should be trying to make them happy. The man that finished helping us, I believe his name was Dean, AMAZINGLY nice. Was outside joking around with us. It was incredibly refreshing to have him take a step back from my initial complaints and still be so cheerful and helpful. Dean you are a sweetheart! Thank you again!
