Charged me $20 for an estimate. Looked up the part they're trying to replace, and they wanted to charge me over $400 for the part, when it was only $140! In total, they were asking $695.66 tax included. I ended up doing it myself with a friend for $150 (because of 2 gaskets $5 each). I recommend staying away from this place unless you want to get ripped off. I highly recommend Midas if you want another shop to go to. Midas is very reasonably priced ($450 estimate) and very good service.

Just like the other auto repair places over charged.. FR they wanted to charge me 30 to change my back up light fr. A 3.00 light 30 bucks that is crazy blows my mind how they stay in business

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff at this location. They have done a superb job on all of our company and personal vehicles. Great job guys!

Wouldn't return to this place ever. They tried to sell me $4,000 of work when my car started to misfire and run roughly. I knew they were expensive, but this was just over charging. The only reason I came back to this place was because NTB was booked up, but I went back to NTB and they fixed my car for $380. My car runs fine now. These guys are crooks.

I totally don't understand the negative reviews for this location. When my Dad died, I was totally lost - he always took care of my car. I had just moved down the street, so I stopped in, talked to the guys and told them that I needed someone I could trust. That was 8 years ago and they're still taking great care of my car and treating me like family. They have NEVER recommended unnecessary work and have actually talked me out of work that I thought the car maybe needed. I don't have a clue about cars and they have never taken advantage of that. My Mom started taking her car there, along with 4 of my friends. We have all been extremely happy with the service, the prices and the guys. It's a shame that satisfied customers don't seem to write reviews as often as dissatisfied ones, because these bad reviews (in my opinion) are bogus. I can't help but wonder if they were trying to get something for nothing.
