Worst place for a service. Even if you have an appointment they still won't look at your car later in the day, went back to service for the same problems that they don't fix properly. Last year for one my car 2015escalde they told me transmission is not covered in a warranty even though it only had 53k miles on it with extended warranty i had(upto 150k) but took it different grossinger caddilac got it fixed with the WARRANTY! Today i had an appointment early morning, went there and was told it won't be looked at today even when I had an appointment. Ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM GROSSINGER GMC.  I would NOT recommend buying any vehicle from Grossinger GMC for any reason.  I was VERY thorough since I was buying sight unseen and was having the GMC Acadia sent to me.  I asked tons of questions and was told over and over the car was in "perfect shape".  I even spoke to multiple people and even management who all said the same and I was reassured over and over and over.  I asked for pictures video etc and a full inspection was said to have been done and the car needed nothing and was completely perfect and ready for me to purchase.  That was their words.

Well guess what that was a LIE.  I get the car and first of all there is now only ONE KEY for the damn car they never told me about and they refused to send me one even though I just bought a $30k car from them they can't spend $100 on a key.  They just so happened to "forget" to tell me that, LIARS.  Then it's freezing outside and I go to turn the heat on, NO HEAT WHATSOEVER in the entire passenger side of this car and NO HEAT in the entire rear of the car either BOTH WERE BROKEN.  I WAS FREAKING SO PISSED!!!  More inspection and the passenger seat heat/cooling DID NOT WORK AT ALL AND WAS BROKEN.  MORE PISSED.  More inspection and after my first wash the passenger rear brake light assembly has a TERRIBLE LEAK and water gets all inside of it completing ruining the light.  MORE PISSED.  More inspection and there are multiple LARGE scratches on the hood of the car and several dug right into the wood on the interior I was never told about.  SO ANGRY MY HEAD COULD HAVE EXPLODED.  Further inspection there were no floor mats even though I was told they would add some before shipping, ANOTHER LIE.  

So of course I call these people about all of these issues and suddenly NOBODY can come to the phone.  Nobody returns my calls.  When I finally spoke to a "manager" he was a know nothing jerk and shouldn't be running a laundrymat let alone a car dealership and then the guy hangs up the phone on me!!  I have never been so disrespected in my LIFE.  I of course call other dealerships owned by them to get someone higher up to get me some answers and shocker none of them EVER return phone calls either.  So I ended up having to go to Corportate GMC to get them the info that I was lied to and they ended up apologizing profusely for the actions of Grossinger GMC and taking care of all the repairs but not after months of headaches and back and forth.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.  BUYER BEWARE!!!

I reached out to Grossinger Service on Monday, Jan 5, 2015 via the instant chat. I was told I would receive an email from service. I kindly requested they reach out to me via the phone because I had some questions so I provided my number.  They (the person on instant chat) confirmed they would have someone contact me.  Yesterday afternoon, I still hadn't heard from anyone..so I reached out again at around 3pm. As of this morning, still no one has contacted me.

If I did this to my clients, I'd be looking for a job because they would take their business elsewhere. It's not rocket science.

I had a bad experience dealing with the customer service after I purchased my GMC Arcadia. The dealership sells you a bad extended warranty, and when dealing with the warrant company their comments are that this vehicle was poorly made and breakdown quite a bit. The wait time when bring your vehicle to have repairs are over 3 hours and they do not take your time into consideration. I do not recommend their vehicle brand or this dealership, that does not represent good customer service after you purchase your vehicle.
