We had a wonderful experience. We bought my husband a Subaru legacy and the deal went VERY smoothly. Gail was a great person to talk to. Marco was an excellent salesman VERY professional and took a lot of time with us. Chris finance manager was very knowledgeable and tried to help us save money. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Randy, the service advisor (overall ratings: 0) This is my first car and i purchased my another car last year from Autobarn Nissan on Evanston. Last week, i left my Nissan Altima because i was noticing water leakage on the right side (front and back) of my car. I explained all my problems to him. Similarly, he had different info. on my profile and i asked him to change my number. After leaving my car for 5 days, he called me stating my car is ready. I went to the dealership and made the payment($149 for the water leakage) before entering to my car. When i went to my car, water leakage was still there. And i immediately called him and he even noticed that it hasn't been fixed yet. He went to call the mechanic(Arturo). After his presence, randy started telling that it is a moisture, no the leakage. Arturo was helpful and he even said he will look towards my car if i got the same problem after driving after few days. I was pretty much sure, the advisor was not doing what he was suppose to. He blamed one of my buddy who came to Chicago on the same day and he was with me at that moment to pick up my car, saying that he talked with him on the phone. Randy is truly not a good advisor. Having someone like him on Nissan Dealer is going to bring huge negative impacts on their business. Due to the leakage i had to leave my car today again (06/01/2017, Thursday) and Don (service advisor) said that he will call me on Saturday to make sure about the problem. I am pretty sure, this will be my last visit on that location. Similarly, i am regretting that i referred my family members to buy vehicles from that place. In order to have my ac leakage fixed, i had to leave my car for more than a week, its been a waste of my time and i won't be going to Autobarn Nissan on Evanston. I would like to request the responsible department to examine and take a possible action for the service that your service advisor have been providing to you customers. This dealership do not deserve even a single star

This is a place full of ********. I liked a car and I called them for on the road price. When I went in the showroom they did not honor the listed price and started saying that someone will buy it tomorrow. I absolutely hated this place. They just want to trick people. Please be careful!

Fantastic service experience as usual. Don Mekoola was able to get me in for a warranty repair and oil change reasonably quickly on an incredibly busy Saturday. I really trust this service department. Thanks!

If I could put 0 stars I would! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I know 3 people that have came to this dealer and got screwed over!! So my boyfriend and I walked into this dealership because he was looking for a chevy Malibu that he wanted. Well the car online was somewhere about $11,000. He liked the car, and wanted to purchase it. We went to sign papers and make everything final. When we got to the finance part I wanted to know what the interest rate was, well the guy that was helping us goes " oh your interest will be high but I won't tell you till you sign the papers." I should have walked out when he said that but I knew that my boyfriend really wanted the car. I walked out with a used 2014 Malibu with 40000 miles for $29,000. Who the hell would pay that for a used car?! So I went back to the dealership the next day because I realized I got a bad deal. When I went back to talk to the manager he said "all I can do is switch out the car for you, the bank already processed everything and we can't return the car." So we ended up getting a Nissan Sentra. We didn't even want a Nissan. I feel like all they cared about was getting money and selling the car!!
