Like the culture, product, pricing and service at Autobahn Mazda of Evanston. Highly recommend. Jeff Williams was fantastic every step of the way.  He answered all of our questions and was very helpful showing us each of the vehicles of interest even though it was rainy, cold and late on Saturday afternoon/evening.  We are very happy with the  2018 Mazda3 hatchback purchased!

Lewis Belcher is an excellent Sales Consultant. He was very genuine and upbeat. He wasn't pushy, and he is very knowledgeable and professional. The manager, Jon, finalized our financing paperwork and was also a great guy to do business with. I highly recommend this dealership for an exceptional car buying experience.

And my 2018 Mazda 3 is AWESOME!! Thanks for all your help, Lewis and Jon!

I’ve taken my cars here for many, many years.  Recently,  I had a minor problem ( headlight out) which I couldn’t fix myself. It was quickly repaired.  I asked if they could check a few more things ( such as please check the other headlight)on my car and that had already been done. I’m always pleased when Simon Kim is there because he is very thorough polite and patient. If he doesn’t know an answer, he will find out for you.

Thanks to the quality of the Autobarn Mazda of Evanston mechanics and the consistently good, non-high pressure customer service of the talented, fair, and friendly service associate Simon Kim, I continue to bring my Mazda 3 to the Service Department for maintenance and repair.  Simon makes a major difference. He clearly explains everything I need to know and patiently handles all of my questions concerning the work that is to be done or the work that was done on my car.  And on the rare occasion that a problem arises from the work, he rectifies it promptly and satisfactorily.

Great Experience! I bought a car out of the door and jut used about 3 hours. It is unbelievable to get everything done in such a short time, including new plates and insurance.Thanks for Chris Reis's great help, a very very nice and professional guy.
