The twins where very engaging and really nice, I got what I wanted basically at the price I wanted with no drama.  I will do all my business here. I have to really Commend Grossinger Honda for not just being a car dealership, but a car dealership that builds lasting relationships. Abraham and his brother are Stars among a world filled with duds. Grossinger you and these two young men shine.

Went to Grossinger Honda after going to another Honda dealer who promised that they'd have the car I wanted in stock but didn't. Dealt with Moe, he was great showing me all the features of the car. Deal didn't get done until well after closing time. Moe stayed to make sure that I was taken care of. He even helped move my stuff from the old vehicle to the new one.

They treated me great. Have bought several cars from the Grossinger auto group, and they have always been used cars. Each one of the cars had performed without problems. The employees were always extremely nice, and everyone is looking to help get what you need. Every time I hear someone say they are looking for a car i recommend Grossinger

Got a used Honda Accord and had a noise coming from the front suspension. I got my car checked by this guys and they came up with more  than $2K estimate and recommended  that I need four wheel brake job with rotors and front and rear sway bar links. I manage to change the parts by my self and when I was done the noise was sill there. Called the service department the next day for a new appointment and they want me to pay the fee for diagnostic again. Left a voice mail to the manager to see if i can get my car inspected without been charged second time? Never got a call beck...

I came here to get a recall repair on my Fit. The staff walked to my car and greeted me as soon as I pulled up. They checked me in quickly and pointed me to the waiting area. The repair took a little longer than estimated, which was really my only gripe, but they did apologize for that. The waiting area was comfortable though with personal desks and fast, free Wi-Fi, so it wasn't that big a deal.
