I have been into bikes since 1987 when I bought my first high end bike.  Of all the bike shops I have ever been to in my time this one is by far the best.  Great guys to deal with,  very helpful to me and the dozen  or so friends and family I have sent there. Can't beat the price,  service and advise with a smile.  Since July of 2016 I personally have bought 4 bikes from them.  Let's just say I plan on buying more.

The owners of Grove Street Bikes have made a customer for life. I bought my first real bike as an adult only two months ago and I loved every minute of it. The day before I bring it in for a tuneup someone stole it from me and I was devastated. I went to Rob and Rodney and explained my story and they hooked me up with an upgrade at a great price. I've realized now that who you choose to do business with should be based on more than who is the cheapest. In a world of amazon prime and drone deliveries, the relationships we have with local businesses are in jeopardy. It's easy to forget how it is like to feel like a human being when dealing with a business. So many treat you like a statistic. Not Grove Street Bicycles. I didn't just reclaim a stolen bike when I worked with them I reclaimed a part of myself that had been taken along with it.

We have purchased several bikes at the olds store location.  The new store is larger and better stocked with great bikes.  We had to get our bikes serviced and we needed new helmets.  They helped us out immediately and the staff is so friendly and nice.  Can't wait to get a newer bike in the spring, each year the bikes get better and better.

After riding the citibike up the hill to the heights for a few months I decided it was time for an upgrade. So glad I found Grove Street Bicycles! I keep a close eye on sales people and the guys who helped me were stellar. They paid attention to what I was looking for, what I would use the bike for, and offered a few options carefully explaining the differences between each.
I'm thrilled with the bike I picked up and even happier to know that I've got a lifetime service package so I get to stop by and say hello to the guys there again.

Great shop, fabulous people, extremely pleasant and helpful. Not just a place to purchase your bike, but a great place for maintenance and repairs!!
