I love Joann's the staff is not always the most friendly but the store alone is amazing it's clean organized and and usually always have what I am looking for!

I was sent here from the other Joanns because their 'selection was bigger.' It really isn't. Most things I can find on Amazon cheaper (Unless you're using a joanns coupon), but Amazon doesn't have instant gratification. Staff was nice enough.

Rude employees, felt like I inconvenienced one for asking where something was located. Almost got hit by a cart turning a corner and the worker with it said nothing. Rather give business to Michaels across the street. Hire nicer folk!

The Team for Michigan store was incredibly rude. The cashier rang me up with the wrong price (by twice as much), and then was incredibly rude about fixing it, acting as though it was my fault. Had an incredible attitude, never bother to say hello. Never shopping there again. Michael's has always been happy to take my money.
