Thanks guys for giving me the run around on where you price match and on what items, as well as trying to sell me a floor model as new when I specifically requested it be a boxed item. I'll just order express online and not deal with your mediocre staff. There are a few legitimately helpful people here and occasionally good deals on used, but overall the inside of the store is an eyesore (the lesson stalls particularly). Why would I pay the same price plus sales tax if I could just buy online?

I purchased two Pro-Line microphone stand and Booms from this store. Within a year the Boom connector to the stand broke on both booms.. I spoke with Thomas, the store manager. He pleasantly exchanged both Booms for two brand new ones. I just want to thank Pro Line, Thomas and Guitar Center for the great customer service.

I remember when Guitar Centers used to have the best prices and would make deals. This place now only sells at MSRP or a minor discount if it's on clearance. They will not bother making a deal. If you want to know their prices, just google MSRP for your instrument; that's what they're charging. I was ready to drop $1,200 on a guitar and amp, but they wouldn't budge at all and suggested I purchase a lower quality guitar. The staff isn't exceptionally helpful. They seem like they're busier with other tasks aside from helping customers, and it maybe difficult to find someone to dedicate more than a minute to addressing your concerns. I wouldn't bother coming here if it's out of the way.

Horrible customer service. That will make me spend my money in another place quicker than you can blink. If a person works at a store and they don't know the answer to a question, find someone who knows. The store manager was very helpful though.

I was able to get a power cord for my keyboard that was less than manufacturers price. Staff was helpful.
