I spend a lot of money at lululemon. I love lululemon but I have to say this store is by far the worst. Everytime I've been here the staff is so rude. They only pay attention to you if they think you're going to make a big purchase. They ignore you and only care about socializing with each other. The one at Mall of Millenia goes above and beyond with their customer service. Even though they are an hr away and Winter Park lululemon is only 15 mins away from me I'd much rather drive the extra 45 mins so I can get better customer service. I check in on this lululemon because it is on my way home from work and it has not improved in the past year since I've been in this area.

I love this particular store more than the others! Heidi was so sweet and helpful on the phone. You could feel her smile through the phone. I love the personal care they take with every customer.

5 people working on a weekday morning. One of the 5 was helpful. The 2 men working were very dismissive towards me (which is kind of strange considering one was wearing man capris). The male employees proceeded to look me up and down in a unflattering way and didn't speak a word to me as I shopped around them. I was under the impression that they found themselves either too awesome or too attractive to talk to me. I again found this strange because neither one was particularly attractive. I basically felt like I was shopping in a junior high school. I like lululemon and will continue to shop there, just not at this location.
