Excellent job done in the service department. Ed treated me like a VIP. Although I had a wait, I originally scheduled as a drop-off but chose to wait instead, so that was expected. Ed kept me updated on the progress the whole time, and I do have to say I must have been in a different place from another review that said "no one was smiling." Everyone was smiling! Everyone perked up to see what I needed when I came in the door- from the cashier to everyone in the service department to the receptionist in the main lobby area. This is without knowing if I was just passing through or buying the most expensive car on the lot. I was just there for routine service for 30,000 miles. This kind of service is what will bring me back when I upgrade my Volvo in 2018, and this dealership will be my first stop. No doubt. (No, not related in anyway to the owner or anyone who works there just for the skeptics!). This was my very first visit and I left impressed. Well done.

Let's start by saying, if I knew I would have to deal with this location when I purchased my Volvo,I would have purchased another vehicle. I am not one to write reviews and this may be my first, but I am if you mean upset with the customer service at this location. My Volvo has given me nothing but problems and having to deal with this Volvo location has been a nightmare. They treat you poorly, do not return calls, charge you double to triple the price of other mechanics because they reserve the right to rip people off with their overpriced parts and labor fees cus its "Volvo"?? I have been to this location over and over for numerous repairs because they did not get it right the first time. Every time I was disrespected and left unsatisfied. I recently tried to contact them for more repairs and have yet to receive a return phone call. I called over and over for one week and there were no managers to speak to,if you can even get someone on the phone. I was finally transferred to a voicemail and still have not heard back. I cannot stress again how disappointed I am in this location and the customer service I've been provided for the past three years. I will not be buying another Volvo if it means having to deal with these people again.

I'm not used to buying a newer car, Chris walked me through it from beginning to end, (was so very patient) as I'm not savvy at purchasing such a large item, he made it effortless. Also Tim who spent so much time in the car helping me understand the "tech" part as I am so challenged when it comes anything new. He answered all questions (even when they were asked a few times) Great experience, thank you Volvo Store.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! We all know one of the biggest worries about taking our car in is that the shop may attempt to put in work or parts that might not be absolutely necessary. These people are amazing. They did everything they could to keep from creating charges that could be avoided. The heard what I had to say, communicated with me along the way, and truly had my best interest in mind. The service rep Bryan was wonderful and informative and the technician Felix spend gave time and attention above and beyond exceptional. All this being said, there are still no words that describe how pleased I was after other bad experiences elsewhere. I would never take my Volvo anywhere else at this point. THANK YOU!!

Good location and service once you're there. Service appointments are hard to get quickly if you have an emergency, better off going somewhere else. Make maintenance appointments online ahead of time, often online availability is a week or two out. They're friendly though and try to help.
