sad, my niece got diagnosed with breast cancer and I though getting a bracelet with a  lot meaning was a great idea, the young woman that was selling me did not have a clue about anything or where to find it, I put up with it but I asked for an specific size and when I got to New York it was a very large bracelet, I went to the official Pandora store to exchanged it and I found out it was an used bracelet, one of the charms was also used! 
it was a horrible thing when I WAS TRYING TO PUT HOPE IT GAVE US DEPAIR AND ANGER, I called them as adviced by the manager and I was told by  the person who answered I was lying!
I AM GOING BACK HOME NEXT WEEK AND GET MY MONEY BACK BUT YTHE WHOLE TRANSACTION AND INTERACTIONS ARE REALLY BAD
SAVE YOURSELF! Plenty of real stores around.

Great store to purchase a gift.  They even wrapped it for me.  The young lady who waited on me could not have been nicer.
