The best and the only UPS store I will work with. As a busy little Asian store operator, I run out of the time and the idea. When I need something to be done, the owner Tad will literally get it done and bring it back to my shop. Of course, some of you might not get the privilege that I have: three stores down from him. The service they provide is awesome, and they definitely go extra mile to get the work done right. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thumps up.

They constantly find an excuse not to take my packages. I have a UPS account and I am simply dropping off. If my label is hand written they won't take it because of supposed fraud. However I walk outside and the UPS truck is there for pick up and takes it with no issue. There are two other stores in the area and it is much better to go out of your way a mile or two to avoid the poor service at this location.

When I arrived at 5:30 to pick up my package the store had already closed even though the store hours clearly state that they're open from 9:00am - 6:30pm. I very rarely go out of my way to write a review, but this terrible management decision has interrupted my holiday plans dramatically seeing as how tomorrows thanksgiving and I will be unable to pick up the gift I had ordered for my friend who is visiting from out of town. EDIT: This particular store does not receive missed deliveries however, that doesn't change the fact that they were closed an hour earlier than scheduled. Note that it was the day before thanksgiving so perhaps the early close was warranted. You decide...

My experience in the store was good. Staff was helpful and efficient. However, I will never return and would not recommend it to anyone because of the location. Poorly designed parking lot without any directional markings. Which might not seem like a big problem except for the State Trooper who hides at the end of the building and "stakes out" drivers who accidentally turn up the down lane! If you don't have time to be stopped and given a 10 minute drivers ed lecture, STAY AWAY!
