Was told on the day this company was scheduled to do some light plumbing work for me that they "were going to have to back out". When I asked them why, I was told it was because my place was "filthy".  I do have to admit I'm impressed with one of their plumber's apparent ability to see what the inside of a house looks like as they drive by at 35 mph, but in terms of customer service and dependability, I'd look elsewhere. If you really feel the need to make an appointment with Gutridge, I'd take some photos of the inside of your house and send them over to them first to make sure you pass their requirements for esthetics in the workplace.

I hired Gutridge for a new pole barn. They put the water line and the sewage line too close - so the sewage line has to be encased in cement. My roof is leaking where they put in the pipe for air. They never completed the contract so I have no outside water. I have complained and Alan - who is supposex to write estimates has NOT called me back. I left a voicemail for,one of the Gutridges who said Alan would call me to get the work completed. My roof has leaked into the insulation and drywalll. Gutridge sold the company. Pick another plumber!

This company allows unlicensed contractors to buy equipment under their name. This company backs up said contractor and will not even look at unit. Single dad 2 kids and Im out 3 thousand dollars. Watch out.....

Tried to ask the operator on the phone a few questions about the company. I had a very large project coming, the man hung up on me and was very rude.

Great family owned company, well known for their high quality, with curtious and efficient workers. Must only hire former male models though. Real good looking men. Especially the tall fire sprinkler guy that drives truck 38. Didn't know I had a thing for plumbers until now. Cutest plumbers crack I've ever seen!!! ❤️
