I used to enjoy their service; however, their service is not the same. When we arrived we asked for coffee it took them 15 minutes to bring we were told they had to brew it. I asked for only two shredded beef tacos was told they don't offer; however, if I wanted them each taco is $5 each?? Wow what kind of beef are they using to charge $5 per taco. Also we had to keep asking for things our server never once came back to ask us how we were doing. Only came back to drop off check as we were still eating. If you ask for water be prepared to only get one glass no refills and no refill on coffee. I even made sure to put my empty glass near the end of the table. I've never been to a place where when you ask for water they don't refill at least they usually make sure your water and coffee are full. Foods OK not the best salsa bar only had two to pick from. Probably will never return poor customer service.

Food is TERRIBLE! Went on a Saturday night, seated quickly but that's where the positive comments end. Waited a long time before we were greeted by our waitress, had to ask for forks, water. Mexican Caesar salad didn't have dressing on it, had to ask. The Carne Asada was like beef jerky. Enchiladas lacked flavor. We spent $82 on one of the worst meals we've ever had. We couldn't get out if there fast enough.

I LOVE this restaurant. The food is amazing, but the homemade Salsa is to die for. We eat here at least once a week. Best Mexican food in Big Bear, by far.

Stopped in a few moments ago while spending the day in Big Bear. Service was quick..seated quickly. Tamales had dressing on the husk....different. Food was very bland. We have had better Mexican food down below. Don't believe we will return.

Decent place, friendly, attentive, not much bang for your buck on the food. Maragritas are great so 3 stars it is.. Chips n salsa yum, main course was just blah, rice had no flavor and was not warm, fajitas trio gave me like 4ozs of meat..Desserts were terrible as well. Maybe next year...
