We just moved here and were desperate to find someone to cut my son’s hair. Wish we would’ve waited! We were greeted but acted like we inconvenienced her. I wish I would’ve trusted my gut and just left but I thought “how could they mess his hair up”. He told the girl exactly how to cut his hair with the number and everything. Let’s just say he’s lucky he’s cute and can pull it off.

The manager there is a stripper with like 10 kids! I will just call her Rob for short but she lacks professionalism and cutting skills if I may add. She shows favortisim toward the stylist that sits at the first station as soon as you come in the door. They are buddies buddies and she will never get in trouble for anything. I love my stylist personally but Rob is a bad example of manangement but then again these chain salons are infamous for hiring crappy managers

These women are nothing more than gossipers!! While I was waiting for my daughter to finish getting her color and trim all I could hear is them laughing and talking about other employees. Needless to say her color came out horrible!! This Hair Cuttery lacks professionalism and I can see why because the Manager Robin is the ring leader. When I saw her name tag and it said "Manager" I knew asking to talk to her about my experience would have went in one ear out the other because SHE was apart of the problem. There are plenty of salons here in Hampton and thats where we will be from now on!

It was my first time going to this location. Robyn was my stylist, and she did an amazing job! She asked me questions throughout my haircut and gave me exactly what I wanted. She took extra time at the end when she was blowing drying my hair to make sure it looked sleek (My hair is very thick!). I will definitely be booking an appointment with her in the future!
