Do not waste your money nor clothes! Came here to see Dee to get my hair done and of course being winter with weather i had worn my coat thinking little to nothing after setting down my belongings away from me. After about 30 minutes into my hair color service, another client of Dees came in for a hair cut. While my hair was setting dee moved my belongings to make way for her otber client to sit and during the process got black hair dye all over the back of my coat! My boyfriend had notice when he came to get me and of course we tried to get the stain out right away- it did not come out. We had called the hair cuttery to confront dee about the situation and from there she had given us the wrong number for customer service. When we finally reached customer service we were prompted to call Dee again since she is the manager and can handle it from there. I called in several times only to hear the phones were disconnected so i drove in and of course dee wasnt available and had already gone home. Finally i was able to get ahold of dee and during the time she denies ever touching the coat and getting hair dye! The only way to fix the issue is if they purchase the jacket back from us and not reimburse us for the service, their mistake or our time. Not to mention she overcharged me for a 'style upgade' when all i had done was a single color application! BEWARE

Worst place to get a cut. There was only one customer and 4 workers and it was a 45 min wait. To do a sinole trim and edge up. Never going here again. Save your money

I have been using this place since my kids where small and it has been always great however i went yesterday for a hair trim and for my surprise it was a completely diferent vibe ...all new faces ,rude unprofessional i will never come back
