Horrible customer service! The worst I have ever experienced at any Home Depot, literally ever. I frequent the locations in Old Bridge and Princeton, as well as other stores depending on where I'm working. You literally have to beg for help in this store. Took me over an hour to get some lumber down and have it cut. Several employees said they'd assist me, then disappear off somewhere, after waiting about 10 minutes, I asked someone else, until finally, I asked for the manager, though, by that time, one of the employees who was gonna originally help me, chimed in asking, "do you still need help." Seemingly knowing I was gonna ask for a manager, now he decides to help me out. Meanwhile, the employee who was going to get me a manager suggested that I speak with home depots customer experience team/customer care, and let them know I had a bad experience, suggesting that I wasn't the only customer to complain. Well, here ya go, here's my formal complaint, a la Google review. Way to go guys, you're officially my first horrible experience at a Home Depot store.

Got what I needed. Some workers were hesitant or couldn't help.  They could have been more helpful.  Store seems to have,almost everything.

Nice people on tool rental and store manager.
Very kind and very helpful

I need a table saw cutting machine rental to cut 5 pieces of laminated flooring wood for the project that I did on my own. After seeing the table saw tool got scared and never seen or used a machine before  and also don't know how to operate so, requested the rental department staff to help me if he can do it for me. He requested to his store manager and they helped me out. They took care of all the work for free. Employees around the store is so helpful and carrying. I definitely recommend this store for new home buyers around this area who needs help on home improvement  projects that you do it by yourself. Best customer service

I work there and learn as you work great bunch of people. To work for it is a lot better then working for Sears.

Worst horrible customer experience at check out, had been waiting for 20 min to collect a simple online order and had to literally walk out without collecting the package, no friendly staff, should learn to respect everyone's time. Go to a LOWE'S or a different homedepot.
