Came in with a broken part of my filter. The guy would have had to order it and it would have taken a few days. Instead he pieced together a brand new part from my broken one and charged me a minimal fee and saved me a lot of time and headache!!! Great pool shop great people thanks so much!!!

Their store hours are ridiculously bad. 9 AM to 5 PM. I can't get to them on any given work day before or after work and have to go on Saturday morning if I need chemicals. I stopped by in the morning at 8:35 AM, not knowing the store hours and people were loading up chemicals for customer visits. I told them they need to increase there business hours and the worker starts yelling at me in a very threatening manner, as if my opinion about their hours is invalid...I'm never going back to this store again!

Good prices on chemicals and quick service. I have not used their water testing, but every time I visit there are several people using the service.
