Edit: Edward from the store called me after I posted this review and I appreciate his taking the time to reach out and see how to make this up. Thank you, HAM.

Took my bike in to have broken spokes repaired. HAM told me I needed a new back wheel, and said it'd be about $150, max $200 because of the internal gears on linus bikes' back wheels and that they'd have to order it. A week went by so I called to follow up. No update on shipment; I asked if he could please update me at the end of the week, which they didn't do. Got a VM that bike was ready about 2 weeks after I dropped it off. $240 due. I asked why so much. Wheel was $190 and they charged me labor to put it on and put everything from the old wheel back on the bike. This excluded my LED lights that went around the rim on my old wheel. I asked where those went; apparently they "could not be salvaged" so they were discarded. HAM doesn't sell a similar product so they told me to go to a "chain type" bike store to buy new ones. 
Disappointing service because of lack of communication and transparency.

Was just there with my kids. The staff were personable, patient, and fixed my son's bike while we waited. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Would recommend!

Great shop, my son's bike was stolen and I had to build him a new one. The guys at Ham managed to build the bike from a frame I brought them in one afternoon. The bike was ready to pick up that same day. Amazing customer service.

I absolutely love this place. I've been here about five times and they're always incredibly helpful. I bought my first bike back in December based on their recommendations and I have no doubt that it is the perfect bike for me. Did I mention that they're fast? I tried to write this review while Max added a kickstand and a water bottle cage, and he finished before I was two sentences in. Awesome. I won't go anywhere else to address my cycling needs.
