The check-in process was very pleasant. Both the location and rates were great for the event I was attending. My room was as clean as expected and contained a larger refrigerator than I'm normally accustomed to. Breakfast was awesome and contained everything I had hoped it would. I'll be staying at this location again in the future.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Chicago/Gurnee for two nights, and I was delighted by the service. Check in and check out was swift and courteous, and the lobby and room felt welcoming. The complimentary breakfast at 7am, all-hours coffee station, and fresh cookies at 8pm were greatly appreciated. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants, as well as Six Flags Great America. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I will be visiting there again.

I want to thank Mike Drab for making our weekend extra special! He is an amazing guy and is so kind to all his guests! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and just do such an awesome job! We will come back here many more times, it just was such a pleasant stay all weekend and I thank all the staff for it!!! 😃😃

This Hampton has very friendly staff and coffee available all day. They have fresh baked cookies at 8 pm as well. Our room was clean when we arrived. Cleaning staff came at 8:30 am to clean rooms so we were woken up by knocking on our door which I found to be a bit intrusive. Overall, however, our stay was great and I would stay here again.

It was very clean! The staff was very formal (which I would prefer a friendlier approach but I appreciate the formality for sure) and the building could use an update. Other than that the extras such as Breakfast, coffees, etc were better than most.
