Very nice hotel. Exactly what I expect from a LaQuinta. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Also very understanding as I was taking a very long time to get outta my room at check out time. They were real nice about it and checked me out with a smile when I was FINALLY ready to check out. Great waffles...only thing I didn't like about breakfast, there was no other got food like eggs bacon or sausage only the waffles. But otherwise very good breakfast with all the other standards like toast muffins bagels and cereal milk and yogurt. Great experience!

The staff was great. I made a slight error when initially booking my room and called them very late at night to fix it and they were very friendly, helpful, and quick during the process. The room was also good. In general it was clean and comfortable, although I had a few minor problems with it. The bathroom was pretty worn out, the window had no thick curtain to draw at night which made it a little difficult to fall asleep with all of the light from the road pouring in, and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Overall, a very good and convenient hotel for getting to all the attractions in and around Gurnee.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast is adequate. There are 3 waffle machines to avoid back-ups. They also offer yogurt, coffee, orange juice, cold cereal, and various breakfast breads. The pool is nice. They also have a hot tub. Plenty of towels and the area is kept clean. They didn't offer a lot of TV channels, but I guess that's ok.

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Employees were polite and helpful, after check in gave us a courtesy call to see if we were happy with the room and if there was anything they could further help us with since the night before we had a not so good hotel. Wanted to mske sure we were pleased with everything if not to let them know. Only small thing was not much control over the kids in the pool and the parents letting them do things that were not allowed, but that's not on the hotel but the parents not controlling their kids.
