I made sure this place had a pool. I was a late check in and asked the man what time was breakfast and what time the pool opened. The next morning I came down for breakfast and there was none. There was no one at the front desk after waiting 15 min. For someone to come it was the manager. She said that I had misses breakfast. I told her the hours I was told and who had informed me. Her response was oh well he is new. She then told me their pool was closed for maintenance. Which the man did not tell me or the person when we booked. The house keepers never came to our room. The next morning I made it down to breakfast with the hours that the manager gave me. The breakfast was a joke. It was only cereal and a gallon of milk. I was scared to even touch the milk that has need just sitting out. I then informed the manager that housekeeping never came and I would like clean towels to shower before I checked out please. She assured me that someone would bring then right up to my room . Two hours later and still no clean towels. It was time to check out. Again the same manager at the front desk when I checked out. I told her I never go the clean towels. I was very unhappy with my stay. Sad that the manager herself did not even try to accommodate me or try to make my stay more pleasant. I will never go back to this motel again.

I traveled here for my sons graduation from Navy boot camp. I was a little concerned at first because because of some reviews. I booked online and got a great price. Rooms are clean and the staff is great. The guy at the front desk was great and very helpful. The housekeeper and maintenance guy i spoke with were both very nice and polite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone making a trip to waukegan.

It an okay hotel, the price is somewhat ok Friendly staff & no rude neighbors. The hotel cleaning is horrible; the carpets are old and dirty with stains not like the pictures, the tables and window are half cleaned and the walls and ceiling and paint are old and peeling and rotten. Honestly for the price it should’ve had a better look. The gym is very old and ok. I recommend this hotel if your just staying here for a day or two and they have comfy beds. I just checked out today.

Horrible experience. Made reservations ahead of time to get there and be told our reservation were accidentally canceled. The customer services we  received to address this issue is was horrific. We were told to come back by multiple different times to try to reissue a room but of course that never happened. Everyone had a different excuse very poor customer service. It wasn’t the point that weren’t charged. The point is we were badly inconvenienced and had to research alternative hotels at the last minute which took hours with this being navy graduation.  And not one person we talked to apologized for the mess up very disappointed and disgusted with this experience.!

Air conditioning was not working properly. There was a horrible smell in the building. They do not serve breakfast on weekdays or holidays which is not stated on their website. WiFi did not work for more than 5 minutes. If you want a place to sleep and leave, it's cheap and tolerable. Cleanliness was not great but it was okay. I suggest avoiding it if you can.
