The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed was amazing. There were 6 places for USB chargers and lots of easily accessible outlets. Would have been 5 stars except 1) the included 6:00 AM breakfast was 10 minutes late (I was on a tight schedule) and had a poor selection, and 2) the wall-mounted thermostat had power and could be set, but did not actually control the window unit.

All the employees I've encountered have been so kind and attentive. However the facility is old and while there have been some aesthetic updates, I think there are some infrastructure updates needed. The elevator is small and makes a lot of noise. The room HVAC system is working but it's a blend of an old motel type system located at a window and a wall thermostat. Normally I would say, if it ain't broke don't fix it but I think this needs to be brought up to date and would likely be more efficient.

This location is near the interstate but not close to be a noise problem. Also there's a gas station on the entrance street going into the suite.

The hotel has been updated for the most part so it's pretty modern. We were able to check in online and use a digital key, which was great because we were so tired and ready to just get to our room. The bathroom mirror and shower head are a bit high, which is not great for a petite person, but the closet door has a full length mirror so there is another option. We haven't interacted with any staff, but the room is good and the hotel is clean.

Nice hotel located near the interstate. Breakfast is good hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The mattress is not the most comfortable, walls are fairly thin and the faucet in the bathroom was not tightened down. Overall a decent hotel at a reasonable price but have stayed at nicer Hampton Inns for the same or less money.
