Excellent staff. Alicia and Kim at the desk were helpful. Housekeeping staff workers interact in a mature fashion. Well maintained facility. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast lady visited each customer to assist in a pleasant way. Find a way to stay at this location. Use Hilton honors for discounts and perks.

With one of the most comfortable bed I've experience during this almost-5000-mile trip, this hotel shined in many respects. I place importance in small details that count for me, since there's a low tide-line of quality below which few establishments will be able to survive. One of these details is the bathroom fan humidity extractor, which was there. An air conditioning that allows for the fan to run all night was not. Sleeping with still air is not something I can do. I requested a loaner fan, but unfortunately they didn't have one, unlike Hampton Deming NM. I was able to open the window, for it was a low of 34F, but unfortunately I was then able to hear all the train horns. Thought of My Cousin Vinny. Realize that this is MY issue, not necessarily everyone's. However, in this trip this a/c issue has been a recurring one for me with most Hamptons. All in all a good hotel, good breakfast, good staff and nice facilities including indoor heated pool (03/18)

Great hotel! Everyone was very friendly and professional. The entire hotel was clean and inviting. The room was immaculate, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I will definitely stop here the next time I pass through Gallup.

Easy to find, nicely designed building, be careful you don't miss the turn off Maloney. We thought we'd entered the Room From Hell when we could not get the remote to change the channel from CNN but the girl from the front desk came to the room to help us. Maybe low batteries. Still, sadly, no local Fox station and no Fox News either in their channel lineup. Why? To their credit, they do carry the, even-better-than-Fox, OANN One America News Network. Nonetheless, the room was up to Hampton's high standards and was clean, neat and comfortable for a reasonable (by today's standards: about $100) price. Tough to get used to, though, when not so long ago a nice room like this was about $60. The wireless network works flawlessly and it's easy to log on. We appreciate that since their TV selection is a disappointment. Overall, a great place to hole up for the night.

Nice, clean room but thermostat was run by motion sensor and room became very warm at night, making it hard to sleep. Good parking for trailers.
